Your Right to Delete

We value your privacy. You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time. This page provides the tools to do so.

How to Delete Your Data

1. Local Data (On Device)

Most of your data (Server preferences, history, credentials) is stored locally on your device.

To delete local data instantly:
  • Uninstall the Keeta VPN app from your device.
  • Or go to Settings > Apps > Keeta VPN > Storage > Clear Data.

2. Service Data (VPN Provider)

To comply with legal regulations, our VPN infrastructure provider (VPNWholesaler) retains minimal connection metadata (IPs, Timestamps) for up to 12 months. You may request this data be deleted (subject to legal retention requirements).

Submit a formal request to delete all service-side data associated with your account.
