To provide VPN services, our infrastructure provider (VPNWholesaler) retains the following connection data (on US servers) for up to 12 months:
- Connection Metadata: IP Addresses, Timestamps, and Bandwidth Usage.
We do NOT log browsing history, traffic content, or DNS queries. However, we are NOT a "No Logs" service regarding connection metadata.

2.2 Stored by Service Provider (VPNWholesaler)
To function, the VPN service requires processing specific data:
- IP Address & Timestamps: Retained for 12 months for compliance and abuse prevention.
- Bandwidth Usage: Retained to monitor service health.
WE DO NOT SEE OR STORE:
- ❌ Websites you visit
- ❌ Data you transfer
- ❌ Your real name or physical address (unless you email us)
